Silvaman Group were approached by McArthur Glen, a long standing client, to develop a system specification and undertake the complete redecoration of Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. The Silvaman team developed and delivered:
• Full Measured Survey of the centre covering all existing and proposed painted areas
• Detailed a full material specification and application document for the various surfaces that required coating
• Programmed works to be undertaken over a 12 week period with no works to public areas during standard trading hours
• Selection of temporary plant and lighting solutions to allow works to be undertaken out of trading hours to public areas
• Supplied our team of dedicated decorators to complete the works to the issued programme and specification.

NG Bailey
NG Bailey entrusted us to deliver the installation of a new pedestrian crossing for one of their key Facilities Services Accounts. Silvaman produced initial designs and specifications, enlisting and appointing Siemens as part of this process to the supply heads and mains controllers.
