Silvaman started as a project management consultancy delivering projects for both contractors and clients directly in the retail sector. However, clients were also requesting that we increase our service offering so we could undertake all aspects of a project from pre-construction through to completion.
Silvaman went through a period of rapid growth over the following years and moved from the proverbial ‘shed at the bottom of the garden’ to purpose-built Head Offices and Warehousing facilities at our operational base in the West Midlands.
We continue to employ and train a specialist and dedicated team of retail construction professionals who share our vision.
Our core value from start up was to deliver a client centric service. Our specialist, highly trained teams have worked in the industry for many years and are able to identify project delivery issues and address them by adapting internal processes. Our clients are then able to implement and assess these changes, allowing Silvaman to offer an accountable and open environment in which projects can be delivered.
