Hoka

Flagship store fit-out for HOKA

Location: Covent Garden, London

project Overview

Silvaman successfully delivered the full fit-out of HOKA’s flagship retail space in Covent Garden — positioned as the brand’s premier “running hub” in London. The scope included full MEP design and installation, interior fit-out, and managing planning applications due to the listed nature of the site.

Set within a listed building, the project demanded careful attention to preserve existing structures while still delivering a modern, tech-forward retail environment. Despite structural limitations and logistical access issues due to the fully pedestrianised location, the project was completed to an exceptional standard and on schedule.

OUr Objective

To create HOKA’s flagship destination store in the UK — a state-of-the-art space that reflects the brand’s performance-led ethos while serving as a central hub for London’s running community.

Challenges
And Solutions

Access constraints: With the store situated in a pedestrian-only zone, all deliveries had to be coordinated from nearby roads and physically transported to site by hand or trolley.

Careful planning and timing were critical to avoid delays.

Listed building considerations: The property’s listed status required additional permissions and compliance with heritage regulations.

Our team worked closely with local authorities and heritage consultants to ensure all interventions were sympathetic to the original structure

Results and Impact

The flagship store opened on time and was met with strong positive feedback from both the client and the public. As HOKA’s first major running hub in London, it has quickly become a go-to destination for brand fans and casual runners alike.
