A Silvaman site is a family unit managed by a dedicated and experienced site manager. The build process encompasses many different elements that come together seamlessly to ensure that the space is handed over to the client’s operations team without issues.

Our supply chain partners are an integral part of our family and are critical in ensuring that the build process progresses without issue. Our supply chain partners are vetted and share our vision and principals. This is the foundation of our success.

With our extensive knowledge and experience we know that the Design stage is the most critical element. If the design stage is implemented correctly and all eventualities are exhausted then the build phase completed to strict timeframes will pass without incident.

MAINTAIN

Silvaman understand the need to systematically undertake regular maintenance of our clients’ sites. Following extensive investment on the fit out and installation of MEP systems it is imperative that they are maintained in order to operate and achieve their full expected lifecycle.

We offer Planned Maintenance Contracts and have unique systems in place to proactively monitor and manage the entire process, giving our clients peace of mind and accountability throughout this process.

We also offer retained clients the option of a reactive maintenance contract for both individual and multiple sites, ensuring that any unexpected issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently to agreed SLA’s by a trusted partner.
